What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Well being is mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
My physical well being starts with the right amount of rest as well as healthy food. I’m busy during the day and need to be sharp so I make sure I get enough sleep. Food is energy for the body and brain. I cook at home because I believe it’s healthier.
Each morning and evening I pray. That keeps me spiritually grounded. My mental and emotional well being are tied to my spirituality. I can better maintain a balanced life because of my spiritual life. It reminds me to keep learning to enrich my life and the life of those around me.
