About Me

Carolyn Nones Vazquez

Hello! I am a writer from New York. In my free time, I can be found with my husband Frank and family. I enjoy road trips, art, music, reading, culinary pursuits, creative ventures and the great outdoors.

My belief is that writing can open hearts. Reading brings others into our world. We find connection through stories. My work moves between children’s stories that celebrate nature, kindness and imagination to adult stories that explore, human nature, love and sorrow. Gentleness and strength come from the same place in our hearts and I write about our humanity.

My formal education includes a Master of Science and Master of Art. Certifications include Grief Coaching, Trauma Informed Teaching, ADHD Executive Functioning Coaching, Sound Healing Therapy, Reiki Level I, II and Master Certification.
